Wait for an invite. Invites happen in waves and you can check when the next wave is scheduled on the <3>Home page</3>. Invitees will receive an email with instructions on how to install the game.

If everything goes fine, you should see a success screen, in which case your account is linked and your subscription status should be immediately visible on the Account screen. If something goes wrong, you may want to try linking the account with email and code, as described below.
